The calf protectors help to lessen the threat of injury during frequent historical fencing training. They are made of sturdy fabric as well as super-hard profiled plastic inserts. They were designed and tested in conjunction with the historical fencing school "Vectir".

Awesome. Love them. My lower legs/shins are longer than average, and these still offer adequate protection. Good wrap-around protection, flexible, and well made. A little heavy, but that's the price you pay for good protection.
