Shipping your Individual Order

Packages are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays (for products in stock, ordered and paid until 9:00 GMT + 1 on a shipping day).

We may, at our discretion, immediately ship orders received during the day, but this is exceptional and not guaranteed.

Packages are usually shipped with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages are sometimes sent delivered against signature, in some cases (high value, destined for certain countries or for certain products prohibited for sale to minors). Some small shipments worth less than € 10 are shipped without tracking or signature at the letter rate of La Poste.

Our system automatically sends you a link to track your package online (provided you have entered a valid email address on your account or when ordering).

It is also important that the delivery person can reach you if there is a problem with your delivery. We recommend that you also enter your phone number in your profile or at the time of order - be sure to include your country dialing code. We cannot guarantee delivery of orders placed without a valid telephone number.

Shipping costs include possible preparation and packaging costs, as well as shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed according to the products, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight and the dimensions of the package.

We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We can - exceptionally - group orders placed separately, but do not guarantee this possibility.

If your order includes items that are custom, on order or out of stock, we will notify you and shipping will be made the next day of shipping after all items ordered become available.

You can ask us to ship your items as they become available, but in this case you will be charged for each shipment.

Delivery to post office, Pickup points & lockers

Since 2021 and the COVID situation, many Pickup points have closed, or stopped the parcel service, while others have opened. This changes very quickly. It is possible that the Pickup Point you chose when ordering is no longer available at the time of shipment, even within a few days. In this case, we will ship to another Pickup Point, close to the one you had initially chosen. If no other Relay Point is open nearby (less than 500 meters) we will contact you to agree on another delivery solution.

Shipment of your grouped package Club or School

Your Club or School may be one of those with whom Black Armory has entered into a partnership agreement. In this case you can benefit from the grouping of your orders, discounts on your purchases and preferential shipping rates and specific delivery times. To know the terms of order (use of the Club
Code), deadlines and rates, ask the manager of your club for details.
