Black Armoury SAS. does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party is bound not to disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Your personal phone number will be passed on to our shipping services providers in order to aid deliveries.
We may contact you in correspondence, via email, your social media account or telephone in order to fulfil your order successfully and for the means of providing after-care customer service.
We will not trade or sell any customer details and if we do allow a third party access to your contact details, it will be to reputable companies used to process your order only and after careful screening. (French Postal Service, etc.) for delivery, PayPal, our bank BNP Paribas for online transactions or SumUp Payments Limited for in person bank card transactions. None of these companies will be outside of the European Union. Personal Data Collected from the Customer will only be used to enable us to confirm and execute transactions and for the means of mail order and order tracking.
We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (Spam).
Only authorised employees of Black Armoury have access to customer information. Information may only be disclosed to third parties if consent is received, if such disclosure is required to fulfil your order, if we are compelled or authorised to do so by Law, or if there is a reasonable belief that there is a threat to someone's life or health.

All your credit card and personal information is encrypted and held on a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) server. This protects data during transit, in particular the credit card information, from being intercepted and misused by hackers.
