Black Armoury® School, Club or Instructor Partnership options
There are several ways that Black Armoury can work with you. These are our standard options, but we are happy to discuss other possibilities on a case by case basis.
Option 1: Official Supplier
Black Armoury becomes your Official Equipment Partner (not “exclusive” supplier - we do not necessarily have everything you need - but do we ask to be the only brand with this “Official Equipment Partner” title).
More than a club / supplier "partnership", it is the establishment of a real long-term relationship between our organizations.
On our side we offer you:
· Discounts
o 10% permanent club/school discount on the whole Black Armoury catalog* (and our derivative sites to come in 2020):
§ This discount will be linked to a single account on our websites and delivery will be made to that account’s registered address (obligation of grouped orders to that address only).
§ Free shipping to the club address from 200 € (instead of 1000 € normally) within the EU. Outside the EU, the free or discounted shipping tiers will be discussed and agreed upon depending on your location.
o A members’ discount that will give your members 5% discount on the entire Black Armoury catalogue* for their smaller personal orders (non-cumulative with the 10% Club discount):
§ To benefit from this discount your members will need to inform us that they are a member of your club so we can activate the option on their account.
§ Free shipping from 500 € within the EU. Outside the EU, the free or discounted shipping tiers will be discussed and agreed upon depending on your location.
o Occasional “Official Partners Only” sales and promotions throughout the year.
· Marketing and Communication
o A partnership announcement on our social networks and on our blog (which will open in 2020).
o Monitoring and sharing of your events and video publications on our social media - we work in French and English.
o The possibility of sponsoring your events or activities (within the limits of our means) with occasional additional reductions, loan of gear, logistics or others (to be seen on a case-by-case basis).
· Products and Development
o Collaboration with your team to source, modify or develop products adapted to your activities; the products modified or developed specifically for you will enter the Black Armoury Catalog in "Your Club Name Edition" or other (to be determined together), and will bear a mention of type "developed in partnership with Your Club Name", as well as your club contact details.
o The possibility to test and give your feedback on new equipment in development before it is offered to the general market.
o Access to our production network for the development of your derivative products (bags, textiles, and others) for your club and events - we will make a profit, but the price will remain competitive and we will manage the logistics.
o Possibility to become resellers for certain products (our own brands ARCEM, DOHEMA, AUDEO Historical among others) if at any given moment you deem it useful to sell equipment in your club or on the sidelines of your events.
On your side we ask:
· Orders
o 1000 € minimum annual orders in the EU – 2000€ minimum annual orders outside the EU.
· Marketing and Communication
o Our logo with the “Official Equipment Partner” designation in a prominent position, and before any other equipment brands, on your website and printed materials if you have them.
o A partnership announcement on your social networks and on your blog (if you have one).
o We may provide you with a Black Armoury “x-banner” or other banner bearing our web address that we ask you to deploy in your club and on certain events (at your discretion - when you deem it appropriate).
o At least two (more if you wish) “reviews” of equipment from our own brands on your YouTube channel (if you have one) or your Facebook page per year.
o A mention in the credits of your videos, if you shoot videos, when the equipment that we sell or develop with you appears there noticeably.
· Products and Development
o Your frank feedback on the material you buy from us, and your willingness to work with us (through your feedback) to improve it.
Option 2: Classic Club Partnership
On our side we offer you:
• A club discount code that will give your members 5% on the entire Black Armoury catalog* for the first year. To benefit from this discount your members will need to inform us that they are a member of your club so we can activate the option on their account.
• If in the first year you have accumulated € 2000 of purchases (excluding tax), your reduction will increase to 7% in the following years.
• Free shipping from 500 € within the EU, Outside the EU, the free or discounted shipping tiers will be discussed and agreed upon depending on your location.
• An announcement of the partnership on our Facebook feed and on our blog (which will open during 2020).
On your side we ask:
• Our logo with the designation "Partner" on your website in the appropriate section.
• A partnership announcement on your social networks and on your blog (if you have one).
• Your frank feedback on the material you buy from us, and your willingness to work with us (through your feedback) to improve it.
Other Partnerships
Independent Instructor or Researcher Partnership

Black Armoury is proud to support partner with Martial Arts, Combat Sports and other federations. * Some products may not benefit from the discount due to their low margin. Partnership discounts are generally not cumulative with other promotions that may be offered during the year. Partnership discounts are only valid on sales made online on our websites (unless otherwise agreed).
