The DOHEMA Combat mask protector consists of two parts: for light fencing you can use only the upper part. For heavier sparring or competition, you can add the lower gorget which gives extra protection to the neck and collarbones.

The three part gorget, reinforced with plastic foam, adds significant protection, while minimally restricting motion of the arms and shoulders.

There is a removable pad in the neck area, providing a more comfortable fit of the mask.

The nylon occipital strap (much more durable than elastic) ensures a snug fit of the mask.

This protector is made of a modern, highly durable synthetic Oxford fabric. It will not rip, even under heavy training conditions.
