8OPENINGS combines visual history with the sporting demands of modernity and designs functional sportswear, supporting you as a HEMAist in the practice of your passion.

8OPENINGS is run by two historical fencers themselves, who know about the need of good clothing in the every day practice.

Sandra quickly discovered her passion and a boundless commitment to HEMA. She found the challenge and intensity she did not even know she was looking for.

Tom fell in love with the longsword 3 years ago and is know the Coach at the Twerchhau e.V. Berlin . Originally a handball player, he knew the benefits of sports functional wear. But in HEMA, he found nothing like that on the market – the idea for 8OPENINGS was born.
